IndyCar, F1, Pirelli World Challenge, ERC, NASCAR, VLN, V8 SuperCars. A ton of racing this weekend, and on this /ShakeDown, Leo Parente shares everything he doesn't know.
Like what will Infiniti Red Bull Racing and the FIA do with each other at Malaysia after the Race 1 disqualification and pending protest hearing?
What will World Challenge GT racing be like vs what we've seen from new IMSA so far in 2014? Will IndyCar be new and improved enough to be more noticed? And more.

For what it's worth, out of all the races mentioned, only Super Taikyu is (relatively) affordable to race in by us mere mortals. Apparently you can buy a ride in the lowest classes for about $5,000-10,000, which is cheap compared to World Challenge, which I've heard costs something like $20,000-30,000 for a typical rental package (Not sure).
That said, you'd probably be driving a used Toyota Vitz... and you would need a JAF A-License.
By comparison, you could race a year in Super FJ (the bottom-rung open-wheel class in Japan) for about $30,000 a year, assuming you don't break anything (the cars are $40-50K).

Six months ago I lost my job and after that I was fortunate enough to stumble upon a great website which literally saved me. I started working for them online and in a short time after I've started averaging 15k a month... The best thing was that cause I am not that computer savvy all I needed was some basic typing skills and internet access to start... This is where to start > www.CashRole.com

what's buddy dickcheese663 here,
I went to the PWC/Indycar weekend last year here in Houston. PWC was definitely entertaining as hell. We were invited through my Volvo dealer. That specific race had so much action Caddy/Volvo. Speaking clearly as a fan of course. I don't know much about the regulatory stuff about rules in each racing series. Somehow, I just get the feeling with all the ISMA and NASCAR hubbub making everything McSportscar Racing with cheese, that more teams will pull a "Turner". As for Indycar, you mentioned that they want to make the cars faster, I mean come on, hell fucking yeah (safely). Take notes F1. It is 2014, we should be breaking speed records like crazy by now. Had to heart Leo, I had a better time in our hot as fuck parking lot go-kart track than watching F1 at COTA last year. the ALMS/WEC weekend was kickass also.
Hopefully this was really you, typed by you, and replying by you. I'd like to get your thoughts on Texas World Speedway. A couple people I work with use to race there a lot a long time ago. "It's a damn shame" is the general response.

I don't get why there is any discussion about Red Bull. Everyone gets the same crappy fuel meters. Red Bull cheated (used a different one), were warned, continued to cheat, got caught and got what was coming to them. What I don't get is why were they allowed to race to begin with, or Ricciardo from 2nd? Or For the crazy lengths the FIA goes to check into things like fuel quality, you would imagine someone would go "maybe we should check those guys who we've caught cheating twice this weekend before the race?"
