Maybe front and rear brakes?

Middle is brake, left is clutch. They aren't set up like a shifter kart with a hand clutch.

prolly clutch pedal? lets him fiddle with engine braking? but that a guess because all shifter karts I've driven have had a hand clutch.

this brings up a question i'm not sure how to google. are the pedals of right-side-drive cars set up in the same order? C-B-T? I know you'd use the wrong hand to shift, but would the clutch pedal be towards the center of the car, and the throttle closest to the door?

Also, while that is (probably) the Isle of Man it's definitely not the TT course

Pedals in RHD cars are the same as in LHD cars, which makes transferring from one to another less of a problem.

its probably brake and left is clutch. you dont need the clutch to upshift on a lot of motorcycles, which may be why he doesnt seem to use the left pedal except for when slowing down (ie uses it only for down shifting)

Yeah, but most of the ones I've seen have them mounted on the wheel. Another user suggested the left pedal may be a clutch.

When the video was made these karts didn't have hand clutches.
