Woo Hoo! Now I can be one of the cool kids!

If it's all hipsters, I don't think I'll fit in. Though I doubt many hipsters are on Audi Jax's mailing list.

It appears they followed !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Note:

"special nighttime test drive" Lighting should reinforce the 'night time' nature of the event. Overall, keep the lighting simple with white lights and subtle red light LED accents.

"light hors d'oeuvres" This target audience likely shops local, supports local businesses, and buys organic. This is something to factor into your decisions regarding food and drink. Consider partnering with a "niche," farm-to-table type restaurant that offers fresh/organic cuisine with unique pairings of flavors and textures. Request that the hors d'oeuvres be bite size. Trays and serving materials should be a solid white with clean lines.

and music from "The DJ Company" In the event that budget does not allow for a live act, a DJ with the appropriate look and style will be essential for ensuring a successful event. The DJ should be well-established, convey the appropriate "cool-factor," and be willing to play a selection of relevant music using the A3 launch Spotify playlist as a guide. The Spotify playlist will be available for download on the ADMC.

LOL. I don't think they understand that the young "Hipsters" they are targeting....have NO MONEY right now. And if they do, they don't want to be associated with brand that is synonymous with people who "have money".

It sounds to me like they are trying to steal Subaru's (Non WRX/STI) market away from them, but over looking the fact that those people don't like the "flashiness" of a German luxury car.
Either that, or yall's definition of hipsters is far different from those in Texas.

I for one personally find this event an attractive one. However it sounds like they are trying too hard to be granola.

Don't forget to grow a beard, bring your porkpie hat, thick black plastic glasses, ironic t-shirt, skinny Japanese jeans, thrift-shop cardigan and a copy of the collected works of Proust.

Yep, you nailed it. Someone else suggested that they are targeting hipsters who aren't really hipsters. People who might do hipster-like things in their spare time but have an 8-5 corporate job. I think they are just going for a young demographic, and they think that young=hipster.

This is intimidating because I don't have any of those things. I never knew it was such hard work being a hipster!
