That would kill Texas World Speedway faster than anything. Increased commercial activity in College Station will just boost demand for residential developments like what they are trying to build where the track is currently.
TWS may be the second largest draw to the town after Kyle Field (which I don't believe despite what the article a few weeks ago said,) but its such a distant second as to be irrelevant.
