The guy in the truck wss absolutely an asshole, but the one recording it essentially caused the accident. Oh well, one more bro-truck driving asshat temporarily off the road.

Yeah, agreed.
This road looked like it may have been a divided road with access, so being in the left lane could be explained by a need to make a left turn, and not just to pass. Still, the cameraperson is a bad human being, about even with brotrucker.
