Whenever I see someone in professional attire but with a short haircut in a wholly unnatural color, it's hard not to imagine that person is from the future.

Yeah kind of. I just encountered a brown-skinned woman in a smart gray flannel business suit, in her early 20s, with a close-cropped "Halle Berry in X-Men" haircut that was bleached and dyed snow white — without a hint of any other color on her head. She also had an accent to her speech that I couldn't place. Like somewhere between Boston, West Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Maybe, except instead of blonde he'd dye his hair like blue which obviously isn't anybody's natural hair color :p
