This is my favorite Pontiac.
Always affordable.
Always local.

Oh god, that's so tempting. It looks like a very doable project. ARGH. I wonder why the salvage title?

Do you want me to make you feel better? It's probably rusted to death, it's also a base model firebird not an awesome formula. Still NP and I really want it. You should buy it. How's horse cents going?

Its cool, I just like it for some odd reason, I would gladly Daily one, and use the tent as often as I could. Camp in my drive way atleast 4 tiems a week.

It's completely fine if you do. I have nothing against them and, as you pointed out, they are actually quite practical. I just always see people making fun of them on here and thought you were making a joke. Sorry about that.

Both my Mustang's have been more work than meets the eye, but I kinda like being able to rebuild it; steer it in the direction I'd like as budget allows, while learning about the car itself and its intricacies. :)
Got a quote for the windshield (glass and labor) to be replaced for $200, so that was good news.
Meeting a guy tomorrow for some shocks; research says they're pretty stiff, but it's cheaper than getting stock ones (apart from the cheap 8-buck Rock Auto ones).
As soon as this cold goes away, I swear to God I'll be like a bat-outta-hell!

I always thought the Formula 400s were cool cars.

Anything 1970 and before under $5K perks my ears, but I fell in love with this car when I sat in a triple-black one. Auto isn't killer for me, as long as one of my cars will have a manual.

I don't know, but title issues have never stopped me before. It does look doable! That's why I'm so: _

This is true. It isn't a CP or anything, just not sure it would be a purchase I would make. Someone else who has much more interest in that specific vehicle I can understand.
Definitely a great, great project car. My dad used to have a firebird from the 70's but ended up getting rid of it well before I was born. So disappointed lol
