I'd honestly take a Ford Racing crate engine over these things. Hand to heart, a I got spanked one time by some dude in a C6 Z06 while in a DBR lol. Fancy looking cars that make a lot of noise, but not the fastest things out there

Right now they just want a key for it. Only our Aston Certified body shop can perform the required structure repairs. I don't think that is what they are going to do. It is a salvage title so they can fix it shitty and sell it however they want. It will NOT be right though

True. The 351CJ is no push over once you put some heads intake and cams into it. Hell in stock from for 1973 it is kinda slow at around 16sec or something. I want to take it to a strip and run it but at the same time I'm like hell no.

Got any cheap Aston Martins? like older ones that are around 60k and below?

Awesome dude, I'll have my fingers crossed. The have sooo much wiggle room to drop the prices. Be blunt, (after a real good look over and semi long test drive because they are most likely selling it as-is) tell that dude "look, I like this car, I want you to sell it to me for $20,000, how do we make that happen right now?"

You can't get too excited also, stay calm and know there are plenty of cars out there.

I might close on a new place tomorrow and you might get one of the most enthusiasts cars every built. Best of luck to both of us \m/
