Time for our daily OPPO field trip to do what we always do, look at cars :]
Yesterday, we took the old rear engine, 4 rotary diesel, carbon fiber OPPO bus out to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in Florida 'Murica (Requested by In a Mini; let them mock me as My Mini Countryman is higher than you ). RazoE started us off with someone no being able to park in the simplest parking spot ever along with a "Come at me bro" guy and vandalism. That theme continued as Brian Silvestro and I discovered with SLAB/DONK sportscars :( porque???!!! We need to find a name for finding something on the first landing as KnowsAboutCars did with a sweeet S2K and Vette. He also continued with items including a rice car and another donk. Also, a rare Dodge Aspen Wagon and the find of the day!!!! The Volvo !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! !!! Top honors and going in the record books! :] RazoE wins also (totally not a threat towards me lol) with the IS300. 505Turbeaux discovered a 750li V12 that needs to be saved. JawsX2 found one of my favorite cars ever, the XK8 coupe, Loooove those things. Jlay came through with a sweeet !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Trmoore came in later to kickass used car dealer and a RX8 near a Grabber blue mustang. Thanks to everyone who participated, much much appreciated :]

That's because Romania's not actually Eastern European. Everyone thinks it is because it was part of the Soviet bloc, but it's really more Southern European; ditto Bulgaria. Similarly with Central Europe, which these days seems to only mean Austria, but really should include Croatia, Czechia, Slovakia, and so-on.

I wouldn't call it ignorant, since everyone thinks that. And there's no other current phrase in English that really fits. I only know about this because I've had a whole series of Romanian house-mates.
Macedonia's a real odd-duck. It's almost Greek, and it was part of the Former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which whilst Communist was not part of the Soviet Union or the Eastern Bloc. And as for 'Eastern European', it - Yugoslavia - shared borders with Italy, Greece, and Austria, as well as Hungary - previously considered thoroughly MittelEuropean, when it was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire - Bulgaria, and Romania.

I think the weird car is an older Dacia. Would make sense based on the location, too.
