My theory has been all along that there was a mechanical failure in the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 that led to decompression of the cabin and the incapacitation of the crew passengers. The theory however, doesn't account for the ACARS system being shut off. A theory being floated an experienced airline pilot points to a fire onboard the aircraft, which makes more sense.
