After having my brother staying at my house for a week, getting alcohol was easy. However now that he's gone back home, I'm really craving one of those cranberry vodka things he made! Why can't I buy alcohol at 19?

because your country sucks. What kind of arbitrary age is 21 anyway?

I don't know but I can drive, join the military, buy an anti-tank rifle, but I can't buy booze.

move to Canada or Mexico?
It's a bit of an extreme measure to go for a drink though.

next time he's at your house, ask him to buy you some good booze. vodka's a complete waste of time.

Because America thinks you can go to war at 18 but alcohol is dangerous. . .

I haven't actually had bourbon but I do really like tequila, though my brother does not and since he was the one buying, I was not really in any position to complain.

Nothing wrong w/ Tequila. I prefer a nice anejo. Don Julio is my favorite.

But can you get bourbon in Toasted Marshmallow or Cinnamon Roll flavors?

No. You can get it in bourbon flavor. That's all you need.

Ouch that sucks. In the U.K. Its 18, but most have been drinking since 14+. Hell, I found my life drinks at 15, guinness Irish stout and Bushmills Single Malt.

yeah, at some point in America's past, MADD lobbied hella hard and made the federal government tell states: "unless you want all federal money for highway building cut off, raise the drinking age to 21"

I mean, I don't drink(despite being 21 and in college). But still, it is kind of ridiculous when you think about.
