Got some deliveries for the Eagle yesterday. When these are all in, it will be tantalizingly close to being roadworthy again.
So parts. Wow. Many excite.

If only, my friend. If only. In Arizona (at least in metro Phoenix where I am), any car newer than 1967 has to pass emissions.

Oooh, that's going to be harder. Here in Va, classic car plates mean that you don't have to do State Inspection.

Yeah... I put in a brand new cat, and I'll have the carb tuned before I go for the test, so hopefully that will be enough.

Yeah, hopefully you will be fine on emissions, a new cat would help.
If not, just go to one of the sketchy places in the bad side of town, they don't care :)
