Brilliant driving by everybody, but boy did Ricciardo prove that Red Bull made a good choice.

Can we talk about it here? Because I feel like I need to talk about it.
Really, what a finish, for a qualifying no less. Too bad about both Williams, though, I'm really rooting for the team this year. What I didn't get was all the tire changing towards the last few laps, the track didn't seem dry enough for intermediates, so much so that Rosberg was on pole before switching and Hamilton took it after putting on the wets. Alonso ran on intermediates all session and didn't place very well either.
*excuse me if there's a tire rule I'm missing, I'm not completely up to speed on the rule changes from the last few years.

I know everyone is talking about Ricciardo (rightfully so, great drive from him) but, Magnussen!!! Fantastic drive from him, McLaren did good to pick him up, it seems. Really good way for him to come in and let everyone know he means business.

Seb seemed to have no grip at all...and I'm worried for Lotus. What a terrible start for the team.
One of the more exciting qualifying sessions for sure

Really great to see some serious oppo back in F1. And Williams in-car for the aesthetic win!

and kyvyat right up until his spin. I can't believe that was the same guy I saw floundering around yesterday in practice.

Good drive by Alonso five place with his fast start got a shot, at taking the lead from there. Riccardo was superb as was Magunussen but Alonso the danger man to Hamilton if you ask me.
always better in race trim Fernando Alonso, as will be Sebestian Vettel, Jenson Button, Kimi Rakkinoen.

Honestly, I was really impressed by both Mag and Kvyat. I know Kvyat had a spin, IN Q3, IN THE RAIN, IN HIS FIRST GP WEEKEND... I know their race craft could be a different story but I really think both proved their raw driving skill today.
