Thanks to all the rallycross posts on the FP and the 'My Life as a Rallyist' thing on Drive, I've gotten my shit together and I'm headed to the practice day at my local rallycross ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ). Unfortunately, the tapping sticky lifter in my beater subie has gotten much worse in recent weeks. I fully expect it to drop a valve in the middle of a lap. I've already purchased that car's replacement, since I new this day was coming, but I'd really rather not have it towed home.
Any other Colorado opponauts going? Any one experienced in rallycross got any tips one getting a huge POS through tech?

My rallycross is scca, and as long as it runs and everything is secured properly you should be fine

Put in gear. Redline until the valves do a little dance on the bonnet. Then, you are ready to shift!
