Will check back in the AM.
Here's the link. Pro's and cons on something with around 50xxx miles?
This link right here. Yup. To the ad, Jeeves.

I would say probably nice price on this, mileage may be a bit high (30k a year on a lease? That would be a pricey return)....but only 2% of 3ers were wagons and what, maybe 5%? manuals. This has the sport package and checks all the boxes. Personally I'd wait for it in black with straight up RWD and hopefully CPO.

OMG, it has everything. Harman/kardon and red interior are pretty rare... But damn this bitch kept it's value for 91k. I wouldn't be very worried tho, it's a 2011. It's not been on the road for long and it's the last MY of the E9X, so my guess is that everything that was problematic was corrected.
Damn I wish my mom had gotten a touring instead! You want to get at least premium pack and nav. From there exec pack is a nice add-on and sport too! Enjoy this pic of my mom's, hers came with nav, exec and premium and that interior color which wasn't standard. The 15" stock wheels are boring tho.
If you have any questions I'm your man

Initially they were offered with RWD, in the US at least. 5 series wagons were only available with awd though.

E9X Tourings are all XDrive (in Canada tho). But previous generations came with RWD my in-law had one ;)

Maybe it was different for Canada? You could still build one on the US website without xDrive. (I had an e90 sedan but was always pining for that wagon.) That's pretty much all I am going on. It's not like you see very many in any form..
