I keep trying to love the 458. Everyone says it's one of the best cars to drive right now at any price. And I love how the rear 3/4 looks.

But the front end is fugly. I don't hate it as much as you do. But I can't get myself to love it no matter how many videos I watch on how amazing the car is.

The F430 is much prettier IMO. I love most angles on it and don't dislike any of the angles. And you can get it with the gated shifter. And you can get one with 15K miles on it for at least $100K less than a 458 with 15K miles on it.

Oh and BTW - I heard Phil Jackson took the Knicks gig. Congrats. That should help as he has the strong personality and resume to demand respect from the owner. Hopefully he will be able to have autonomy.

I talked to a gentleman in a 430 at Austin c&c that mentioned, when my wife told him that I have a 500, that he dd's an Abarth to work, and only drives his 430 on the weekends. Nice.

That would be nice. I imagine the attention a Ferrari gets would become tiring after DDing it for a while.
