It was from "Fu Yanrong" apparently.
It actually had a cool box. It held itself shut with magnets.
and there it is. Not a bad little unit! It's the DVR-207

The night footage is surprisingly decent (maybe your car has nice xenon lights, though). I hope you are lucky enough never to capture anything interesting on it!

Welcome to the club!
I considered the DVR-207 / DVR-027, but chose the Livue LB100 for its superior nighttime quality. The only night vid I've saved myself is actually dusk, but it's not a bad comparison:

The night quality on mine isn't really all that bad considering there was almost no light around in that video haha. I didn't feel like dropping $120 on the one you got though. The 207 was only like $60

IIRC, $120 was including shipping & duties from Korea to Canada. The 207 was cheaper, and I almost got it, but it wasn't "half price"-cheaper. It's still a good unit, so enjoy it.
