Inspired by ARCHDUKE, he showed his shoop, so here is mine.

So for anyone who doesn't know I goto school for transportation design. Its pretty dope, and I love it. Any who, last spring I was in a VISCOM (visual communication) class, and for our midterm we had to sketch & render a new version of a classic superhero car. We were given a photo as we walked into class and given 2 hours and 45 minutes to do it (though nobody used the entire class period).

Someone could probably comment "CSB" on this post and it would be valid. I just thought it was cool, and sure beats the hell out of what other college kids go through.

Forgive my ignorance, but how exactly do you "render?" Is it really as simple as drawing it out on photoshop? I have photoshop and auto desk at home and would love to teach myself how to do this stuff!

I gotcha! That is pretty sweet! I can't imagine he did it all by hand- what program did he use to do that? And if he did do it by hand...holy crap.

No not by hand lol, photoshop is amazing when you know what you're doing. The initial sketch is done by hand, but then you scan it and use photoshop for everything else.

He actually just switched last year from being a Chevy designer to a Jeep designer. Very talented guy, this is just one of the many demo's he did for our class.
