Thought about it... Frequently. And now that I live in a house with a better driveway approach... That lowering kit too. As well as some Ford Racing mufflers too. It's that comp orange yours? It's very nice.

Valspar floor epoxy. I love it, by the way.

Those would be some rather massive tiles... Those are control joints in the concrete.

The floor looks great. How long have you had it and was it hard to put down?

I'm looking at spiffing up my garage a bit and I'd like to start with the floor because I'm always laying down on it working on my cars haha

Noo I can't take credit for this car, it was owned by a lady on a forum I'm a part of.

She sold it for a CTS V wagon (due to massive trans issues) then sold the V for an aston martin DB 9 lol

Well, it doesn't look as great in person as in this picture. I just moved into this brand new house and the floor was the first thing I wanted to do before I had a chance to ruin the floor. I should have waited until spring to apply when it was warmer. I heated the garage for a week before I applied it, but I think it was still a bit cold. This made the epoxy harden faster and make it more difficult to apply. Consequently, it's not a consistent thickness and there are a few places where there are tiny spots that aren't covered at all. I'll be applying another gallon in the spring.

I have also had some transmission issues. Mainly I tried downshifting to first on the fly (with heel and toe of course) and I went into reverse. After much arguing with the dealer and Ford, they covered it. If you notice, the 2015 Mustang has a new shifter designed with an improved reverse lock out.

Hers was having most of the common issues that many owners have been having, I remember reading that the trans would sometimes jump out of gear.

My old mountain bike is a large. It's old so I'd let it go for not much. Live on the east coast?

It wasn't that hard. I recommend waiting until the temperature is just right. I'm going to have to apply another gallon in the spring to even out the coating. Otherwise, it's very nice and easy to clean.

Cool thanks for the info! I'll definitely be waiting until spring to do it because it's about 10 degrees out now and the garage isn't heated. Where did you pick this stuff up? There are just so many options it's hard to narrow it down.

2001 Raleigh m80. 6000 series aluminum frame set. Upgrades include full SRAM X9 drivertrain. Thompson seat post. Selle Italia saddle. ODI Rogue lock on grips. Riser bars. Marzocchi MX Comp 100mm fork. Sun/Ringle' RPM wheeleset. Fire XC Pro 2.1 tires. Avid SD9 rim brakes. Bike has over $1000 in upgrades and has been well maintained. But obviously it's old and, even though the upgrades are quality, they're a bit old technology and have been ridden hard. So I'm only asking $300. I live in NC, so if you're close and this sounds good to you, let me know and we'll get in contact.

The biggest selling point for me was that frameset was available in 26in wheels and I could run an 80 mm fork. Don't care for 29ers.

I really wanted A Blur when they first came out. Anymore I think they're too expensive and I think I'd need to get a lot older before I really thought I'd need full suspension. I really like hardtails.

Nice, thanks for the offer, little far for me though (Massachusetts). Also I'm trying to get a full suspension. Pretty good price though, I'm finding most people are asking way more than they should be.

Actually, the only time I've want for full suspension was on near level ground that was very bumpy. On a hard tail, you have to use some leg power to cushion the impact of bumps to the rear tire, which takes away power you might otherwise use to nail the pedals. I've actually broken seat posts in similar situations during races... Putting more power into going fast and less into cushioning the impacts. Going downhill, you're putting very little power into the pedals, so it's not as big a deal. My new Scott Scale 20 frame actually builds about 5 mm max of rear wheel travel into the rear triangle... Thanks to CFRP being anisotropic, it's possible to do this without resorting to soft-tail style frame designs.

No... I have raced. But I don't race. It's a big difference. I don't ride religiously enough to be a real racer.
