I went disc golfing the other day with some friends and shot a little slow motion video partly because it looks kinda cool and partly to help us work on our form a little bit.

Anyone else on here into disc, golf or otherwise? It's a pretty great feeling and aerodynamics are cool!

I helped build a course last year. Nice to go out and have a few beers and walk around in the woods. Couple of the holes go by look-outs to view the valley.

That's rad. I love how relaxing disc golf is. Just chill out and walk around in the park. Also throwing stuff and a game and shit. But mostly its about enjoying the outdoors and good company for me.

I just like the fact you can be outside, go whenever, and its cost basically nothing to start out.

Used to go every Saturday morning with the inlaws, then wife pregnant, then 2 years later another kid, so we haven't be out much since the kids. They can't keep up.

My sister is with her boyfriend in CO this week and went today. Jealous.

Sounds like you'll have to wait a few years until the kids are old enough to handle it. But hey, if you start em young i'm sure they'll be really really good when they get a bit older!

I love to play disc golf, we've got two courses in my town. The game is great because you don't need too much practice to be pretty good. And a nice long drive looks really cool.

I love hiking, and I love a good competition. I pitch this to my friends as competitive hiking. My brother and I started going alot last spring, by the fall we had a group of like 4or 5 other guys we could call up to go.
