I like these more than the Pantera, but that's not saying much.

Great photo set. Expand-RightClick-Save As... all of them.
Interesting fact:
The Mangusta wheels were designed by Campagnolo for the DeThomaso, but after the initial design, Campagnolo sold them in the aftermarket as well, for other european cars, not only Italian, but also fitments for Porsche and others.
Campagnolo also licensed the design to Japanese manufacturer Hayashi, and the same design became famously known as they Hayashi Street wheel.

Also, a company called Group4 Wheels , have re-fitted the design, in 15x8, 15x9, and 15x10 wheel sizes, specifically for re-fitting DeThomaso Mangusta with original-style, but more appropriately sized wheels.
Our PAG-15 series is a classic replica of a wheel with considerable history.
The original of this wheel was designed for the DeTomaso Mangusta in 1967. The next evolution - the Campagnolo 40802 (which inspired the PAG) - was an aftermarket wheel for, amongst others, the '73 Porsche 911 RSR and was then seen on the '76 Group 4 Fiat 131 Abarth rally car.
The trouble with the original Mangusta wheel was that the rear looked under tyred and narrow tracked, with the front end suffering from poor scrub radius. We have addressed these issues by creating a special set of 8 and 10 by 15s specifically for the Mangusta. -
