Ok you you know how much I love these...but auto trans and 70k on the clock is on the border of NP and CP but I am leaning CP on this.

Just make sure you test drive before bidding. With that big V8 cantilevered above the front axle she will push through the turns. Having owned an A4 and an S6 Avant I just never enjoyed the nose heaviness. Also if it's a 5speed auto, i'd beware, that's a pretty clunky, slow shifting tranny.

Seems about $5-6k too high when I compare to whats available here. Audis typically hold their value pretty well here. I'd say CP

This one has more miles but is a 6spd and same body style (B7), more than 7K less
