Evaluations are always anxiety inducing, even if you have been doing a great job for 20 years. I'm sure it will all be fine.

It's not really a performance review type of evaluation. It's to see if I have the technical prowess and proficiency to switch from sales over to the tech team at work. It's worth a pretty stout raise, and a much better career path. But thank you. The confidence in me is helping :)
