I really wanted to buy this but my wallet says otherwise. Ok it's basically a normal 850 Volvo turn into a T5R Replica. Replica or not. I think this is cool as fuck. The only thing that I didn't like about the car is its Auto transmission. Other than that, I would daily drive the shit out of it. So at USD $6,617, is it a nice price or crack pipe?

you can get a real R in the states for that money, and this only has the T5R front seats. Cracky here, where you are maybe not so much

Don't know what 850s normally go for there, but I'd say a replica with over 250k miles (kms?) at almost $7k is defiantly CP. Here is a manual yellow T5-R wagon on nettiauto for 4k Euros (USD $5500) http://www.nettiauto.com/volvo/850/6211…
I'm hoping to import one eventually.

Real R here are rare, cost crazy money and most of them are automatics. by the way, Most 850 wagons that are for sale here cost the same with this replica. The sedans though, are quite cheaper.

yeah I had a T-5 platinum edition and a T-5R here in the states, both wagons. They are great cars, but this one looks really good for anywhere

CP. That's a lot of miles. Those engines have a very complex head that tends to blow gaskets if overheated even slightly. The auto trans is an Aisin Warner unit, with no replaceable filter, so if the fluid wasn't changed regularly, you will have a problem. 3500 it what I'd offer. I used to own one until my daughter totaled it. Loved the car, but they do have issues.

I'm also jealous. All the US spec wagons were autos. And here the yellow ones are starting to get stupidly overpriced because of their rarity. Nettiauto always seems to have a reasonably priced one for sale though.

I'm pretty sure that 250k miles is actually 250k km because people here used Kilometres instead miles. Ohh thanks for the info. you'll learn something new everyday.

I actually prefer the green ones. It looks more sleeper-ish
