After dinner last night I replaced the auger belt on my snow thrower and put it all back together. To test it out I used it on the 5" of snow that fell during the day. Works great.
The impeller had gotten clogged and that caused it to eat a belt.
I'll get to test it further when I get home. The snowbanks have gotten so big that my mailbox is now covered over with snow.
