My parents (months before I got into watches) bought the exact watch I had my eye on. Somehow it's the one I wanted, without ever having liked watches before. It's amazing and a coincidence, but I'm so happy

Formula 1s are great watches for the money. I'm not the biggest Tag fan but they do keep better time then Rolex.

Watches are like supercars to me. I appreciate their craftsmanship/precision and what they do, but I can't justify owning one when another device can do everything I need it to do. Plus I'm not a nautical person so I will never need a stopwatch or clock 100 meters under water. So, more watches for you!
And every watch I've owned was uncomfortable and snagged my wrist hairs.

Hello! Great watch, is it automatic? (Newbie here!)

For work I wear the famous Casio F-91w, in continuous production since 1991. Just over twenty bucks on Amazon.
For a classier occasion I wear my grandfather's antique Longines, a fully mechanical watch made in Paris circa 1930. Still working after more than 80 years.

No, battery, but that's so I can wear it more everyday and not worry about it

I could never get into metal banded watches. These days, I just wear my $15 running watch everywhere.

Just recognize the raised numbers on the bezel will destory any long sleeve shirts you have. I've cut glass with those numbers. and thrown away countless shirts.

Oh thanks for the tip! Do you wear yours everyday?

Yea I like the looks of it but the links are weak, honestly. I had it fall off my wrist once already, so I don't wear it much now. It's also "bigger" than it appears, so it sits higher on your wrist, while the citizen is extremely thin. I don't have many nice things to say about the Skagen :( When it's in one piece, it does the job, I guess!

Well now I have to reconsider buying one haha

As a 18 year old who delivers chinese food, I assume this will be my only watch for a long time haha, but I do love looking too

I'm lucky in that I don't have much arm hair, but I can see that being an issue. And I didn't like watches until a few weeks ago, and now I can't stop looking
