I still miss seeing Marlboro in F1 beyond the bar code. What say you, what is the best smoke/dip/chew flavored livery on a race car out there? I will start it up with a little Silk Cut Jag action

and follow it up with some M-B Evo/Camel

I can't believe as a child I never picked up smoking. I love the Marlboro Mclarens, and the Indy cars with the Camel logos all over them. I also had a 300 page book of Porsches and the 962 was pretty much my favorite of the bunch. . .

Not my all-time favorite, but I liked the Mild Seven Renault. Dark blue, light blue and yellow is a great palette.

Mine's a lesser-known one, Player's. They're popular in Canada, and are under the same umbrella as John Player Special. They're known for sponsoring Forsythe Racing in CART, Indy Lights, and ChampCar, as well as Team Green when Jacques Villeneuve won the '95 Indy 500 and CART championship. I guess I like it because the teams hired lot of great Canadian drivers such as Greg Moore, Patrick Carpentier, Alex Tagliani & Paul Tracy, and as my avatar shows I'm a sucker for blue & white.

Yeah, I partook of the Skoal - not Bandits - in college before it became completely verboten. My friends and I would grab a lipper after a night out in the bars once we started working in the big city, but it didn't last for too long. Blasted maturity.

Could never keep the Cope packed tightly enough. It always ended up floating all over my mouth!

And the Kodiak thing is funny as hell, but I dont remember that being a tag in the 80's and 90's. You know, back when shilling to kids was encouraged

Yep, they loved it alright. At least, that's what I kept telling myself! I dipped Skoal mint or spearmint usually and was, like, "oh yeah, minty freshness." My gf was like, "you're disgusting, take that out."

Yeah, I didn't recall it either and knowing this (very funny) guy, he absolutely made it up. Ah, selling tobaccy to kids, the good ole days?

Obvious choice as it may be, I always think of good ol' Marlboro Red livery...Especially on Hydroplanes (because WA) (and now I can't find a Google Image of that...What, did I just make this stuff up in my head?)
