Well, a 1 car garage costs $15k if you keep it basic. An Aventador runs $400k. It'd be easy to argue that not garaging it would easily cost much more than $15k in depreciation when it comes time to sell, since I'd be looking for an absolutely perfect car if buying used. I'd say that someone either doesn't have much financial sense or someone spent the night at their stripper girlfriend's house.
