It's strange, all of those cars look EXACTLY the same. They are all big grey rectangles with just a tiny little bit of green/blue shaped like a piece of paper. How odd!

I agree, not a fan of the new STI. I wish they would've stuck closer to the concept.

That profile view does not look good for the A3. I couldn't even tell what it was until the next picture.

I decided not to go. Two years ago it was terrible. I used to go to the Philly auto show, that was something else. There's a reason Baltimore's show is 4 days while everyone else's goes for at least a week. Though, from your pictures, it doesn't look that bad this year.

Had exactly the same experience. Felt like $10 was a huge waste of money and 1 hour was a huge waste of time. Looks better this year. At least you can sit in the i3 and the A3, it appears.

Yeah it was better than I expected. I've worked the show the past few years and it has gone downhill. Last year was a disappointment apparently.

This year was decent.

I remembered when I started in the industry in 2007 the Auto Show was 3 floors of the convention center.

I remember those days as well. The auto show was huge. I was quite young, but it was an experience. Two years ago, I was there for maybe 35-45 mins. There was nothing worth looking at except the 2013 Mustang facelift and a yellow Charger and Challenger.

What did you think of the following cars (in person) that I'm on the fence about?:

Subaru WRX

Ferrari FF

Ferrari California

I love the FF. The California has its appeal but for the money I would go a different direction.

The WRX I'm not a fan of. It is too sterile looking in comparison to the previous generation. The rear end is too Civic like in a bad way.

I work for MINI and BMW. I had to deliver cars to the show last year and there wasn't any of the euro luxury brands there.

Are auto shows put together by local dealerships? I've always wondered how they were coordinated. I am sure the big ones are corporate setups, but how are they put together.
