Yes, for Acura! Why, you might ask? They win a Tranny award. That's right. The more powerful engine in the ILX can only be mated to a good old 6MT! Usually the opposite occurs, with only the base-model being available with a clutch.

I for one, would not like to receive a Tranny Award.

Yeah, i noticed that the TL can be had with AWD and a M/T as well. Not a huge fan of either of those cars, but M/T automatically earns big bonus points in my mind.

Acura is going to make you enjoy the stick...
They will make you want the knob...

No, wait ...

It's also an exceptionally good 6MT

That's what I've heard. Really not an unappealing car, especially when compared to the CLA.

It wasn't hard, as the car's just a damn Civic Si.

I thought the K24 was the only engine.

Same, but it turns out that a 2.0L is offered with the 5AT.

I think it's just the ILX. Some have pretty boring regular leather knobs. The other sorta interesting ones are:
Civic Si:
Accord Sport:

But there's a similarly priced, optioned rear-wheel drive BMW.

My 2008 Civic Si has the same knob (hard to tell in this pic)

I got kinda excited, thinking it could be the K20 even though I knew it wouldn't be. Sure enough it's not. And a 5 speed auto, really Honda? What a disappointment the whole company has become.
