A large buck was about to run out on to the road so someone slammed on the brakes and another guy slammed into him from behind.
Someone else was about to do the same thing and tried to switch lanes and ended up at a 45 degree angle between two lanes and then getting hit in the passenger door by what else!?! A RX 350!
Deer were fine though, off doing deer stuff now I presume.

They really need to move those deer crossing signs to a road with less traffic. Problem solved.

These deer appeared to be crossing at a location with no signs and were wearing Joker make-up and wanting to see the commuters burn!!!

That's why people in Texas have the cattle guards on their trucks. I personally hit a deer once at around 50mph and my ranch hand bumper got maybe a scratch on it. If I didn't have it I would have totaled my truck. Best modification I've ever done

My dads truck has one and he hit a deer about about 100km/h and the deer bounced down the side of the truck almost totally it off. Front was good though.

Yeah I had mine made where the actual grill guard angles down a bit so the deer went under and my large tires kept it from bouncing up and down under the truck so all I can say is that the $1,000 I spent was well worth it

I hit a deer at about 40MPH with with my 1998 Volvo V70 AWD, I broke the right front corner marker light and it folded the side mirror, which had a busted return-spring so I had to epoxy it in place after that. The deer was DOA. /Previous Volvo Owner Smugness

No, just clipped the ass end of it and spun the deer into the ditch. It got up and ran off. But if the push bumper wasn't there, I surely would have needed a headlight, corner light, fender and front bulkhead maybe.

A deer jumped out from a row of hedges in front of me in the del Sol once. I didn't hit him so much as he just barely nicked the left headlight with a hind hoof.

This is why deer season should be longer. These things are absolutely evil. Albeit, tasty, but still evil.
