747 - WHS is what I make it out to be, possibly.
Oh, and it was right in a work zone, too. Oh, and right after that off ramp is an on ramp. So this thundercunt cut off not only traffic already ON the freeway, but those trying to MERGE onto it as well. If I had been farther up, I would have called his ass in. The reason for the backup was an accident on the right shoulder just a 1/3 of a mile ahead, too.
