In recent time, the BMW 7 series went from ugly to attractive, now it's back at the ugly stage (G11). I hope next redesign it turns attractive again...

I'd say there have only been 2 really attractive 7s, the E32 and E38. It's a matter of personal taste of course, but those 2 were so well proportioned that they're hard to beat. The F01 is an unusual case in that it looks better in photos than in person, at least to me.

At least with the ugly E65 you could have that sexy N73 and innovative ZF 6HP. I'll take my ugly with a screaming NA 48V V12 please.

Fraiser Crane had an E65 anyways.

Pretty bad exhaust video, but unfortunately the best you'll find for this 760 gen. Ironically the only good-sounding one, though a bit muted here. The N73 is basically two N53s with valvetronic.

Yes! Or, perhaps even better...

For the refinement, chassis, and styling, this car deserves a truly exceptional V12. And for the money to be spent keeping it going, the owner deserves one too. Not that the SOHC setup was bad, but it's not for spirited driving.
