...and yet, you want people to think you're drinking champagne.

I'm curious how this ends up tasting. It sounds pretty interesting; it is partially brewed in wine casks. I also got a bottle of Unibroue's "La Résolution," which sounds extremely cliché, but since it's Unibroue, I'm willing to let it slide.

I've had a bottle and also had it on draft at their brew pub in Chicago, it tastes excellent! Assuming you like that sort of beer of course.
