A little background first. I am at Miami airport after a week long cruise of the Caribbean with the family! Amazing time, amazing views, and great experiences. This was my first cruise and first time out of the country. Of course I had to share some car pics I took on my trip to the a grand caymans, Cozumel, Belize, and Mahogany Bay Isla Roatan.

First, this is a yield sign...kinda weird that it just says Give Way down here...

Kinja'd!!!

Next is a bad picture of a Hummer with wheels. I swear every enthusiast car had wheels and/or was lowered.

Kinja'd!!!

As I said, stance is big and seeing hundreds of cars like this or lower was weird, but cool to experience a different culture.

This is gas per gallon in Belize. They would pay that much and the average income is $5000-$7000 US.

I saw an accident in Cozumel and took a picture. Btw you better have a strong stomach to take a taxi in the Caribbean. Taxis are insane! You feel like they are going to rear end the guy in front of you all the time!

Kinja'd!!!

Horrible picture, but that hummer on the right had flames all down the side of the car. Oh and motorcycles/scooters are a big thing down there too.

Kinja'd!!!

This is a bar in Belize...what the hell? My hometown flag. This was really cool!

Thank you in advance for your patience in waiting on my responses. I have connecting flights to STL so I won't always have service...

Wow. I can't believe gas is still that expensive there!

and just think it is that expensive, but that is a huge chunk of income going to gas when they average 5-7k net income

I swear you'll see Mizzou paraphernalia just about everywhere on the planet!

I've been on a similar cruise. The cost of living on Grand Cayman is super high. I talked to a Ford Dealer mechanic from the US and he said his electric bill was around $700 to $900 US monthly. He also said he is paid very well and his wife works there as well.

MIZ!!!

Cost of living is insane in some of these places.

Random side note- Belize has 6 stop lights in their entire country

ZOU!!! My in-laws live in Columbia and we go there often for games. I was there a few weeks back to deliver a brand new X1 to my octogenarian in-laws - and for pizza at Shakespeare's!
