Some of the cars I've spotted this week.
Above: Volvo Duett
Citroen Dyane
Worst photo ever of: UAZ-452
Cadillac Eldorado.
These newer Eldorados might not be anything special in North America but they are pretty rare here.

I'm not sure if that's the worst photo ever, if the Bukhanka can still be identified. If it truly were the worst, there would be only an indistinct blob... which, I guess, being an indistinct blob would still look like a Bukhanka? A paradox, I think.

I have three photos of it, two of them are out of focus and this one has a snowflake covering majority of its front.

Saw one on its home ground recently:

Yay! You're taking more pictures! We still gotta get you some lessons, though, KAC. Lol. Where've ya been? Haven't seen you in CAH. Hope you and your family had a happy Christmas. :-)

:P It's been a while since I actively took photos and I'm more accustomed to using DSLR.
Last week I was at work in the 'prime CAH time' and I try to stay away from computers on christmas eve.

No worries. I haven't been on much lately either, except for these past couple of days around Christmas. But then again, in this part of the world, CAH happens long after family and friends time, so it's easier to do both. There've been a fair amount of new(ish) people on, though. But anyway, congrats on the job! Whatcha doing? Also, I miss the Finnish food lessons. What's a traditional Finnish Christmas food?

You mean what I did? Didn't last that long :D I did postal work for one week. Not really that special job but it makes getting jobs in the future easier.
Finnish Christmas food. There's a ham (or a turkey, not as traditional as ham but still popular and I personally prefer it) and potato, carrot and rutabaga casseroles. Then there's rosolli (kind of salad made out of beetroot, carrot, potato, onion and sometimes apple and/or herring) and of course gingerbread. Joulutorttu is also common Christmas treat.
Edit: forgot Christmas cake which is a dry cake with date fruit.

Edit #2: Forgot Christmas porridge! It's rice porridge with hidden almond.

Mmmmm! All of that sounds amazing! Except maybe adding in herring to the rosolli, but that's cuz I'm not too fond of fish, heh. And I'm with you on preferring turkey to ham. I just ate some turkey leftovers myself. Omnomnom! And those jam tarts look yummy. I swear, every time you mention a Finnish pastry, they look like heaven.
We do a rice porridge, here, too. We add in anise seeds and Mexican cinnamon sticks. People strain the broth from it and serve it chilled as a sweet milk beverage called horchata . It's one of my favorite things, ever. ^_^

I'm not too keen on herring in rosolli either. You must try the pastries! I'm sure there are English instructions for them somewhere.
Horchata sounds really good.
