How to improve F1 ( according to me!)

Yeah, this would never float but . . . . A few Simple Rules:

1. 200 Million Euro spending cap. Go over and you are disqualified from the championship, but can still race.

2. 3.6Liter Naturally aspirated or 1.5L Turbocharged engines, any cylinder configuration. No rev limiter. Limit 6 engines per car per season.

3. Full Slick tires designed to last the entire race.

4. Teams have the option to design a car to be refueled or not. Car and driver together will be subject to a minimum weight.

5. Car must be open-wheeled. Open top or closed canopies are up to the teams.

6. All teams will receive a predetermined equal share of Revenue. Additional revenue will be distributed according to points.

7. The troll (Bernie), is permanently banned from any association with F1.

Feel free to add rules, ideas, or criticisms.

This may be nuts but would lead to more interesting designs and hopefully a more competitive field. F2004 for your time:
