gearheads care for their cars. Whether it's a doucher in an R8 or this nice blue Corolla, there is nothing wrong caring for something you worked for to purchase. I wish i could afford any new car. Even if it's a little eco box, i'd care for it and look after it as well.

I know. My truck may be 21 years old, but I hand wash it any chance I get, I keep the interior clean and I keep the fluids topped off. And I always park in the back of a parking lot. Its being babied, well when Im not hooning that is. I dont need no stinkin corolla

We all do buddy. It's not impossible for a person to treat a plain automatic Corolla the same way. I would. I throw jalop points to anyone caring for their car, nomatter what it is. It wouldn't make me any more or less of a jalop as you if I rocked a super plain auto Corolla, as long as we take care of it and take advantage of open snow covered parking lots :]

lol. I love my car. Still doesn't stop me from hitting puddles and splashing water all over it, or jamming down a less-than-paved stretch of road on occasion.

A true car guy not only cares and caresses his baby, but also uses her as intended from time to time :P

Exactly. I keep my truck clean and tidy inside and out and park in the back of lots, but she goes hooning on occasion

yup and yup! I try to park in the back of lots or on top of garages, since less people! and when it's not pouring out, I wash my car relatively regularly :)

Right now though, there's some mud on the right-hand side. This is from hitting a puddle on an unpaved apex in an uneven right-hander on a backroad at speeds I don't need to disclose for legal reasons ;)

I love my mazda. They seem to be the only normal car company that wants cars that are fun to drive across all vehicles and not just the sportier ones. I get great gas mileage to boot.
