Most of these I saw on the road here in SD, the last few were in the San Diego Automotive Museum. The guy with the electric VW didn't want me taking a picture of it while he was driving it for some reason. My theory is that when you drive a lime green car with electric yellow highlights and a face on the bumper, attracting attention shouldn't be something you have issues with.

Oh yeah, that big red beast near the bottom is a 16 cyl Cadillac that was found rusting in the woods some place. It took the owner 31 years to restore it.

It's called the thumb print filter. If you remove it (and have impeccable timing with the lighting) you get pictures like this with your potato camera:
