I would have pushed the golf cart into his way.

I was trying to find something on The Google that would explain why the wealthy (or owners of nice things-possibly not the same) are the ones parking like this, passing people on the shoulder during traffic jams, pushing their way to the front of the line just to get on a plane or bus when no one is going to the same place and honestly, I didn't find much in the short time I looked. I did find reference to kids and adults being bullied equally in schools or life for being rich or poor...equally in ways. Now, this stuff I see all the time. "It's only for a short bit while I go get the (whatever i left behind) or, "I'm just getting a coffee/mocha/$12 coffee milkshake so it's okay to park in the disabled space" person.
Rules don't apply unless there's absolute death waiting for infractions. If parking there set off an electric notification and the car was immediately crushed, he or she wouldn't park there. But, since someone has to see it, and be authority before something happens as a result, it's not a problem. "I'll be gone before they know"
If it's there overnight, call that shit in.
If this was a crappy rusty Corolla or Tercell, would we care very much? Would we call that in? The rich guy would absolutely, and then park there himself.
Where the hell am I going with this? Eh, I don't know... *click publish*

Step one: Hotwire that golf cart.
Step two: Ram the golf cart into the side of the car over and over.
Step three: Laugh maniacally.
Step four: walk away like a boss.

Right. When you drive a flashy car, your actions get noticed.

There's an asshole by me that does this with an E550 in one of the parking garages...but if you go up to the 6th floor, you'll find a bentley and a rolls that never move that he also owns. Couldn't tell you the last time either of those moved, but the little green Elise gets plenty of daylight!

True, but of all the people in the past history of my driving, the ones that break the law to get ahead, passing on the shoulders of the highway, etc or really bully their way around the roads, are all in nice SUV blingmobiles and they're usually fancied up women, all ages, and men of all ages with determined looks on their faces. Same goes for the situations I talked in my post. I notice the average and broke doing the same but much more often it is the folks feeling entitled that do it.
I do agree shiny things get actions noticed, but you can almost pick out an obviously look-at-me/check-out-my-money car and watch them break laws.

I've been thinking about this quite a bit myself, just in case I win the lottery.

People who drive Tercels are also not entitled and typically cant risk penalties that the wealthy can afford (impounds, tickets, etc.).

See, if you are a pilot and you decide to buy a personal aircraft that costs as much as lambos and Ferraris, you will be more sensible, less inclined to share your plane(s) off (in a flashy manor), and be less of a Douche. Welcome to being a pilot.

It's "fuck you I have money" syndrome.
