Went to a sports bar to watch some football with friends, ended up heading to my buddies parents house as he's staying there while he's in town, and he tells me that I really gotta meet his dad, who happened to have a 997.2 turbo and an E92 M3 lime rock park edition sitting in the garage. What a cool guy, when we talked he said he was debating between the two as a weekend warrior/occasional track day toy and he couldn't decide. The 911 was better for the track, but the M3 made a better weekend ride, so he got both. He told me he wants to pick up an E46 M3 so he can teach his wife the art of manuél, which is just his excuse to get an E46 haha.

911 was Manuél (hence the reluctance to teach the wife how to drive it) and the M3 is DCT.

Wait for it, he's thinkng about selling both and getting a V10 R8 gated shifter because they are moving to New England within a year or two. #quattro

I am just dealing with it though because I have no choice. First they took our dear friend Manuél. Now they are taking our sound. It's very sad.

I wish the 458 had been offered with Manuél. It looks so damn good and has so much power. But since it wasn't the 458 is the last mid engine V8 Ferrari with a gated shifter.

It's WORSE

Working right now. Been struggling with the stupidest project all day

All sorts of drama at work. Everyone is pissed at everyone. It takes so much time to deal with that I'm behind on all my normal work. Unread email count: mind boggling high

Hopefully it will be slow this week due to the holiday so I can work through some of the backlog. I'm definitely working on Friday
