If you contact Fiat/Chrysler with your vin (directly through contact stuff on the Jeep website) they should be able to get you your build sheet. Or go into a very friendly dealership.

The NP242 went with higher option packages which could well have included an LSD of some kind. That said, my MJ with an open diff (and the 4.0) would light up both rear tires, 235/75/15 Grabber AT2's. Unfortunately at around 115 mph I started turning the 310,000 mile original main bearings to glitter, so the MJ's parked until I can get another motor into it.

It's an old private road owned by my apartment complex supposed to be for fire trucks and police cars only, but no gate means I can go for it when I wanna take like 10 mins off my commute to the next town haha
