Homemade barbacoa with fresh made from scratch flour torillas. Some chile del monte fresh picked from the back yard also. Small but hot as an exhaust header on a Ferrari.

Mmm. You'd need a nice cold glass of horchata to cool down the pica from those chiles. Hehehe. (Also, my autocorrect was trying to turn "horchata" into "hoe chats." I giggled).
Anyway, is that all cachete, or cachete and lengua?

puro frijolero! My dad used to grow those chiles in the back yard. He and my brother like chile so hot they're in tears, sweating with their throats closing up. I never saw the appeal of being that hot, but I had me some delicious tacos and a quesadilla from a great truck last night.
