I was having trouble finding a set of winter tires/wheels for my Miata since I had to make sure the wheels would fit over the brakes. Tire rack didnt have 15" wheels that would fit (or they were sold out) so they were not too helpful. Then I called up discounttiredirect and they had a set of 15x6 steel wheels and general altimax arctic available, so I ordered from them! Shipping, mounting, and balancing included for $630 sounds pretty good to me. Thankfully it does not snow a whole lot in southern NJ but the peace of mind in knowing I can drive safely (as long as the front of the car will clear the snow) is totally worth it. I am now looking forward to some top down driving after the next snow storm!

It's always nice to have proper snows. Where in South Jersey are you?

Yup, where you are at is Alabama, NJ to me! Either way, we dont get too much snow but there is usually at least one or two snow storms that happen each year. And I know a light weight RWD car on all seasons cannot be a good recipe for success

My NA is like a snowmobile on winters. One of, if not the best, snow vehicles I've ever owned.
You'll have fun.
