Not a surprising buy, saying as it's one of the greatest cars of all time.

This is true. My Dad bought a '91 used a few years after it was made. He drove it forever. He got in a bad wreck in it where the car should have been totaled but the insurance company decided to have it fixed. He kept driving it and then later gave to my Mom. She drove it forever then sold it to my buddy. He drove it forever and finally sold it around 2009. I don't know how many miles it had on it at that point, but it was probably at least 300K. Those cars are so damn solid.

Toyota used to make such awesome cars 20-25 years ago!
And look how GOOD it looks, it looks like a brand new car.
Of course, the best part? GOLD BADGES!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's crossed my mind before. With a skidplate and some gravels, you'd have yourself a very reliable rallycross car.

Sadly, LS400s in good nick tend to fall in the hands of those wrap gangster wannabes who would repeatedly donk the daylights out of the poor thing.

I just read that the new M3/M4 have even MOAR sound deadening than my car :( :( :(

:( it's offical, I like the E9X much more. I was really hoping to like the F80 M3 (I really hate most of the M4 already) but alas, it's just too muted.

i dunno if what i read was true. but it might be
question: would it really be THAT expensive to change how much sound insulation is used on the M cars vs the regular cars? couldn't they just lay down thinner sound deadening material?

You could probably get it to 1500 HP if you threw out all fucks given to efficiency and emissions
I mean the tiny 1.5L turbo I4 BMW F1 engine made over 1000 HP for qualifying laps
Brian Silvestro
> Manuél Ferrari
12/18/2014 at 21:19 | 0 |
Yeah and GT-R engines make like 2000 hp with zero fucks given too.

12/18/2014 at 21:25 | 0 |
Ahh Yiiiiiis
If this is possible with GTR then surely M4 can produce a lot more when zero to one half of one fuck is given

you know what would be even better?
a YOLO twin turbo E9X race car
because TT 4L V8 will produce WAY moar power

I just checked. Apparently the S65 V8 isn't very turbo friendly. It does love to yield 700HP though with a supercharger.
I guess the Gallardo V10 is still king for twin turbo insanity.

A.K.A. Black people .
I've never heard of anyone donking a Lexus. Donks are typically large American cars. But thanks, dork.
