Because my schoolmates are complaining about losing Instagram followers. God help me. Safety pic because nobody has to see this.

Why does it matter? They were all spam accounts anyway and didn't contribute to the community. I'm sure they will still average the same likes per post.
On the other hand, now they can see how popular they actually are.

I have maybe 9 followers, but then again I have very few photos up. steve_reiness if anyone gives a shit.
And it makes perfect sense - once in a while you look at someone you follow on social media and wonder "why?" It is a good idea to clear out those you don't care about so you can pay attention to the ones you do care about. I need to do that on Twitter.
I don't even keep track of who unfollows me anywhere. No fucks given.

Fuck 90% of instagram feeds. There are some good photography ones but most are garbage. My gf has one and its just pictures of her meals and her dog. Pointless.

I have an Instagram. I post pictures of my car/ pictures I take at shows. I could not for the life of me tell you how many followers I have.
