Yields about 40 cups
Ingredients:
-4 packs of chocolate chips
-1 15oz. tub of peanut butter
-confectioners sugar
Items needed:
-double boiler(pot within a pot)
-cupcake tray and cups
Directions:
1. Mix confectioners sugar and peanut butter together. Add confectioners sugar until you get desired flavor. I started with about 1/2 a cup
and kept adding from there. Aside from sweetening the peanut butter it also changes the consistency, making it into more of an icing.
2. Prepare trays and get double boiler warm. Never use higher than medium heat.
3. Start melting chips one bag at a time.
4. Ladle some chocolate into cups. Just enough to cover the bottom completely. Then add peanut butter and cover with more chocolate.
If you run out of trays and need to reuse any, you can chill them in the freezer for about 3 minutes. That way the chocolate will harden enough to retain its shape.
Chill and enjoy.
Better than Reese’s.

I think you're missing a word or two there.

1/2 a cup.
Weird. I knew I had typed it and when I went to edit the text was still there.

Because that's not the deliciousness they use in their peanut butter cups. It's just shitty peanut butter. Skippy is where it's at.

I've found that adding a little salt to the PB can help too. It depends on if there's any salt added to the peanut butter from the factory - you might need it, you might not.
