This guy has limo tint all around (illegal on cars here) and he lives in a county known for pulling people over for any slight infraction, including tint that's too dark.

I really don't understand how people get away with this kind of shit. There's a Maxima that I see on my Daily commute with 00 all the way around, with Jersey tags. The front side and windshield are illegal in NJ to have any tint. He also has blacked out taillights. I'd say they were nightshaded, but you can hardly even see them at all. It's a wonder he hasn't caused an accident or been impounded for that shit.

Here it's a relatively cheap ticket that only places where cops have nothing to do but write traffic tickets or high gang violence areas enforce. What I don't understand is how people with tinted windshields don't get busted more often.

I was at petsmart picking up dog food earlier this summer when a Camry pulled into the spot in front of me. Bright sun and clear skies and I could not see in the car. Eventually 2 girls got out and I realized that they had limo on every window including the windshield. I have friends who run a tint and sound shop (where this pic was taken) and they have a couple calls a week for people wanting to tint their windshields and they won't.

Then they're one of the good ones. More shops than not are shady and will do whatever as long as their paid.

While limo might look cool, I couldn't imagine driving a vehicle with it on. My back and side windows are 50% overlayed on the factory tint, and it's tough seeing behind you in the dark. And while I bitch about winshield tint, I guess I'm guilty of it too, since I have 70% on my windshield and fronts. But truth be told you really can't tell at all unless you parked it side by side to an identical model without tint.

My dad wanted to see if I could get "4Q FSR" (spell it out) for my car. I declined.

Wise choice

This is why I think we should have all our cars inspected. Revenge, basically.

The older I get the more I want inspections. My problem isn't with modifications. My problem lies with poorly done mods that make the roads dangerous.

Example: saw donk speeding down the road, hit bump, made funny noise, kept driving. I got to the bump and found pieces of a universal lift kit. His car was literally falling apart while going 40-50 mph in a 25 mph residential zone.

The blacked out taillights are seriously dangerous and should be illegal. They're almost as bad as driving without them.

Plus, stanced cars driving around at interstate speeds with lots of camber, weaving in and out of traffic. One bump and those guys are pointing the wrong direction.

Part of me wants it to happen. But I'd need something with a bull bar and a protuberance like a winch to really feel good about it.
