For Xbox One and a racig wheel. Which is a better racing game and who here plays which?

Update: I ended up buying both Forza 5 and Horizon 2 and I'll be holding off on a wheel for a bit (tax time?)

I've been playing Fiveza, since it's the one I have, but from all accounts FH2 is better suited to just generally goofing off - Fiveza for the actual racing.

Played both equal amounts. Horizon 2 (STILL $35 on BEST BUY, WOW) provides a few more thrills maybe, but F5 far more serious of course. Enjoyable but more sober.

Did you find a racing wheel that works with the XBox One? I've got the Fanatec CSR setup for the 360, but it doesn't work with the One.

Im planning on buying the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 wheel. It seems like the best deal ($100 or so).

Played about 300+ hours of both. Horizon 2 is a better game but Motorsport 5 is a full on Sim as opposed to the Simcade of Horizon 2. I don't use a wheel so I can't offer advice but the guys at InsideSimRacing only use wheels regardless of the game so I advise watching these videos for a detailed look.

They also do wheel, pedals and manual shifter reviews.

Awesome. I'll check these out. What makes FH2 the better game?

It comes down to what you want.

Offroading in a Lambo? Horizon 2.

The normal Forza experience of tracks? 5

I have both, they are both great games. I like Horizon 2 more just because it's more fun to go bombing through a vineyard in a Ferarri.

Horizon has a lot of variety compared to Motorsports be it the car list or career progression plus it has side activities which are a lot of fun.

Shop around, preferably in person. There might be some of the Xboxs that come with 5 included in the price. Then you can pick up Horizon 2 for $35, and profit all around.
