Okay Oppo, let's assemble a car guide. Rule by rule.
First off, right off the bat:
1.)Hellcat - Only option is a manual, in that green they sell, with the black rims. No exceptions.

N) More cylinders=better
N+1) there is a replacement for displacement: turbochargers and superchargers are acceptable. If possible, use both. Also, instead of downsizing the engine and adding boost, keep the engine the same size and add boost.
N+2) Simplify and add lightness. This can take precedent over rule N+1. Just to be fair, add a PSI of boost for every kilogram removed

I actually rather like the Challenger in Orange, as well. Also, if it's a proper silver rather than a duller grey silver, it's much better than beige.
